Your credit card information is actually entered into our Merchant Account Gateway Provider, First Data/TD Canada Trust. For your protection, your credit card information never goes into any of our databases on our servers. We do not store your credit card information. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. We do not use web beacons and we do not share your information with any third parties that are not directly involved in the management and operation of Scratch Kitchen Inc. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Scratch Kitchen Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases on www.scratchkitchen.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. We also accept Debit transactions and Cash on delivery. Sorry, no personal cheques.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Time — we will display the expected delivery day when you checkout your order. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance of your zone delivery day (before 4PM the day before your delivery day). Orders received within 24 hours of same-day delivery will be delivered the following week.

0% Tax

Canada Revenue Agency and the Ontario Ministry of Revenue has ruled our product as 0% taxable for GST and PST.

Exchange or Money Back Guarantee

We take pride in the food that comes out of our kitchen. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, we provide an exchange for a comparable menu item, or your money back for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be evidenced by an order confirmation. Returns will be issued as a credit note or ‘money back’ in the same tender as the original purchase unless purchase was in cash or debit, in which case we will issue a cheque.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error Scratch Kitchen Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Scratch Kitchen Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Scratch Kitchen Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
