Christmas dinner is coming to your doorstep in December! On the menu:
 

  • Slow roasted roulade of turkey (1.5kg), served with white wine and herb gravy
  • Brown and wild rice blend with caramelised shallots and tart cranberries
  • Creamy mashed potatoes   
  • Savoury vegetable and herb phyllo pastry strudel
  • Mixed berry cobbler sweetened with Ottawa Valley Honey 

Plus, Pasty Chef and Confectioner Michael Sunderland of michaelsdolce has designed a special Scratch "Spiced Cranberry" made with Upper Canada Cranberries, cloves, and black tea to serve with our slow-roasted turkey.
