About the Chef

Chef Sean Patrick Murphy

Chef/Proprietor Sean Patrick Murphy has been cooking for 18 years. Sean is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu Paris Cooking School and the Culinary Institute of America. Sean has worked in some of Canada's most prestigious restaurants, including Truffles Four Seasons (CAA/AAA Five Diamond award, Four Diamond DiRōNA award) in Toronto, Scaramouche Pasta Bar and Grill (voted best restaurant in Toronto by "Gourmet Magazine"), and Café Henry Burger (Three Diamond DiRōNA award) in Ottawa.

Sean also served as General Manager/Chef for The Chelsea Club in Ottawa and a Corporate Chef for Prime Restaurants (National Post Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies Platinum Member).

Sean’s extensive training equips him with the skills needed to meet the demands of today's sophisticated customers. However, Sean’s most demanding customers to this day are his kids.
